I’ve been a customer of this location for over a year ordering at least weekly (I work nearby.) Staff is always pleasant (I get greeted by my first name upon entering) and food is always fresh. On the rare occasion if they make a mistake on an order, they compensate properly. Great customer service. This is the best Jimmy Johns location that I’ve been to amongst many in TN & IL (company’s home base.)

I'm very disgusted with this location. They always leave out condiments when it's dead slap in their face. Had to eat a dry sandwich all because they failed to pay attention to instructions. It's even printed on the ticket receipt take mayo and mustard packets. Duh!!! 🤦. I think this is my last time ordering from this location. My boss spends a great deal of money here weekly. So bye Jimmy! Going to Jersey Mike's.

Great location, our office in Maryland Farms orders from this JJ often and they are always prompt and even walk all orders up to our second floor. I just ordered and received a delivery in 8 minutes flat. Living up to their brand there! Definitely wanted to highlight quality service as too often we hear only the negative reviews!

The restaurant was clean and the associate was helpful as I had never been to a Jimmy John's before. Unfortunately I didn't like the sandwich at all. It was the Beach Club. The French bread was tasteless as were the rest of the ingredients in the sandwich. I thought they had left off the avocado until I saw where some had dripped on the paper. I believe I will stick to SUBWAY.

WHAT AN AWESOME STORE!!! I placed a catering order for 100 box lunches and each one was PERFECT! Even the pickles were wrapped perfectly! I also placed an order for 5 platters--again--all perfect! I gave them less than 24 hours notice--sorry about that--but they accomplished the task and everything was ready on time!
Everything was delicious--especially the bread!!!
