Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is by far the most dirtiest chipotle I have ever been to in my life. And this is coming from a firm chipotle eater. I would have expected more from the Brentwood side of town but this store is completely nasty. Every single table and seat in the restaurant was filled with food particles The drink station was filled with flying gnats, trash cans full and just overall a unpleasant environment to dine in The food was okay as far as quality and there was not a line at the time I went 12pm on a Saturday. The GM should be ashamed of the lack of cleanliness

Fantastic food tonight! Although we waited in line almost 15 minutes due to a late dinner rush... But this crew was hustling! Very efficient and hard working employees. Notably the 2 young ladies working tonight (4/9/22). They were working the line, gathering prep food, resupplied the line, cleaning tables and the drink station, sweeping and making sure the front of the house was in order. Seriously, impressed by the effort put forth by these 2 young ladies. They deserve a raise and the recognition the superb dinner experience we had tonight. Highly satisfied.

I usually love going to Chipotle but I have had two pretty lackluster experiences at this location since coming over here. The first time I ordered online via their app for delivery to my job, the order kept bouncing between drivers and ultimately was never picked up. I had to drive to the location and pick it up myself as it has been sitting on the shelf for 30 minutes. Today I went again, this time I ordered online via the app for pickup. When I arrived there were two lines, one to order and one for the rest of us who did an online order. Great. The gentleman in front of me had his order for the same time frame I had mine and we stood there for 5-10 minutes before the young lady behind the counter came out to ask for our names. I totally understand the lunch rush but this is getting to be really disappointing especially for orders that are placed ahead of time and supposed to be quicker.

Chipotle is terrible. It doesn’t taste good. The menu is limited. The employees don’t mind giving you a burrito full of liquid that can barely be rolled. It’s messy, bad Tex Mex. Every time I go I swear I’ll never go back. And every time someone convinced me to go because it’s what they want I’m sorry I went, once again. It’s just bad food in a dirty cafeteria setting. I would give it -1000 stars if I could. I literally just threw my burrito away it was so bad.

I love chipotle, but I can barely eat this. Chipotle has gone downhill lately and usually it’s just that the chicken is gross, but this time the entire thing is just disgusting. Chicken has no flavor, guac tastes really weird… I’m only eating it because I’m starving and have nothing else. And well because I paid for it. Chipotle used to be my favorite restaurant and now sadly it just sucks

My son has severe allergies. This location apparently knows nothing about allergy protocol. The laziness and/or incompetence of management partnered with the extremely rude way we were treated has lost you a patron. My son going into anaphylactic shock because of your unwillingness to help is unacceptable.

I ordered a chicken bowl and finding the chicken pieces in this bowl is the same as trying to find a needle in a haystack. They drowned the bowl in guacamole and less of the other ingredients I ordered. The queso Blanco was just a dab. I was not impressed by this bowl. It was actually disgusting. Whomever prepared this bowl needs to be FIRED!!!! I had to eat with caution since they refuse to control the hair in the food. That's quite disgusting!!!!
