Domino's Pizza

I was put on hold for 12 minutes and I called them 3 times. I was trying to order a pizza for my family. I finally gave up and hung up. Lately, the service has been horrid. Seriously, today we order a pizza and there was a hole in the pizza. Just how are you even able to pull that off?! Not to mention, the quality. The guy that we took the pizza from was rude. Sorry, but you need nicer workers.

I ordered the cheesy bread with spinach and feta cheese for lunch last week. Checking the dominos tracker, it said it left the oven at 11:50. I called the store and spoke with the manager at 12:30, who let me know there was only one driver. I told him that I didn't mind waiting, but to make sure it was hot. I didn't want to wait over an hour from ordering for cold food. The manager told me he would make sure it was hot. When it got to my building at 1:03, I went to pick it up and could tell it just sat in the warming area for an hour. Didn't feel like calling back, ate the cheesy bread which still tasted alright, but left a review with Dominos. Tried to claim the free pizza I was offered for the experience, but apparently that isn't valid anymore. It's disappointing, especially since I paid 16 dollars for cold food, which included a tip.

Ordered my pizza on super bowl day and when I went to pick it up, they stated I didn't have a order in there. I showed them the number and they 2 managers stated it's impossible to put a order in the system within a minute and 37 seconds. I showed them it's not and they still disagreed. So I guess I was talking to a ghost. They wasted my time and I missed a quarter of the super bowl. I called corporate they said it's a franchise and someone would get back to me on my concern but Noone ever did. So I take it my time and customer satisfaction doesn't mean anything to them. NEVER will go again. It was my first time because I moved it was closest but never will go again.VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread while at work. My order got here and the pizza was a little "extra-done." But I ate what I could and left a review just so the cooks could take more precaution. Within 10 minutes the store called me and offered to send me a new one free of charge even though it's a busy Saturday evening, in full dinnertime rush. Not only the pizza, but the whole order was sent again, perfectly cooked! Now that's amazing customer service! Great team members make up for small hiccups in my book. Thanks for having a great staff!

I consistently have a bad experience at this location. I have started ordering from the one on Nolensville off Holt Rd and they can cook any combo way way better than these guys. I'd rather pick it up and have a decent pizza than a pizza with zero sauce, too much cheese that literally oozes off the side of the pie (after ordering normal cheese and sauce). Not sure what is going on at this location but it's consistently sub-par. For the two people that gave a 5 star review simply because there is a new Domino's at this location, please edit your review because it says nothing of the quality of experience, or in this case lack there of.
