Ordered a Venti hot latte, then I drove home right away when it was done because I had two kids sleeping in the car (left window open). I live 4 mins away. But when I got home, half of my coffee was gone… (see picture) lol… they only made me half cup of coffee, but I paid for a venti size.
And the girl who made my order was not friendly at all.

Always slow and out of cinnamon dulce. I’ve never been here and not had a seriously long wait. I realize it’s Starbucks and wait times can be long, but this one is overly long for no reason. After waiting forever, one day they forgot to put the espresso in my wife’s flat white. Had to drive all the way back to get it fixed.

This location has permanently lost our business. They gave us a cup today that a lid absolutely would not fit on (see pictures). My husband scalded his leg soon after they gave us the coffee in the drive through as the lid was not properly on the cup. The lid would not go on the cup at all, and there is no way the employee who made the coffee didn’t realize that when they made it! Thanks for severely burning my husband.

I used to work at Starbucks and I can tell you the people here do not know what they’re doing. The service is terrible and so slow. If you don’t have 20 minutes to waste and you’re only one of 5 customers don’t go to this Starbucks. I usually don’t write reviews but every single time I’ve come to this Starbucks I’ve had a terrible and prolonged experience. I hope they all see this so they can step their game up and be like a true Starbucks.

The red head refused to make my drink and filled 3 orders in behind me. The worst starbuck's I've ever been to in my life and i love starbucks. Kids spoiled rotten to the core not caring about their jobs. Quality is terrible. Attitudes are awful. I really feel bad for your generation.

I drove 20 mins to pick up an order, waited 20 mins at the Starbucks and decided it wasn't worth waiting for. it's bad business and disrespectful for something so simple as coffee.

Extremely slow service…like 2 cars in line ahead of you and it somehow takes 30 minutes to get through. Also, they are always out of cold brew and nitro.
