The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately my food was not good. I ordered the dragon roll. Spicy tuna roll and California roll. The only edible roll was the California roll. The spicy tuna had a funky smell and the eel on the Dragon roll was rubbery. I did not eat these two because i did not want to risk getting sick.

We came here for the first time tonight and were not even acknowledged. We stood by the front where the register was for about 5 minutes and left with another group of people that got tired of waiting. I dont even think they noticed us standing there. There was about 10 employees and they never once looked up. The guy at the register looked like he never worked a register in his life. Please be aware. These guys looked like amateurs and were very unorganized. I would wait awhile before coming here. They clearly cant even get the basics down. Customer service is always number one. I hope you guys learn from this. Just a little acknowledgement would go a long way. Instead your neighbors Port of Subs got our business.

THE WORST SUSHI I HAVE EVER HAD. Ordered through Doordash, so I got no credit. Threw both rolls away. The egg rolls we ordered were ok. Microscopic, but ok.

I was excited to see a new sushi restaurant in Brentwood. My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary, what a disappointment. We were seated quickly, but our server appeared rushed to get our order. Soup was warm at best and the sashimi was dry and not very fresh. The teriyaki beef was bland. The calamari was the only saving grace. Staff seem disinterested in the patrons and only saw our server again when she gave us our bill and take out order. Sorry but sakura momo needs to learn that they need the patrons, not the other way around. Get it together or you won't last.

We almost didn't try this place because of the reviews. So glad we did!! Excellent food! Excellent service!! If you're the mood for Japanese food try it!! So glad we did and will definitely be back

The cook handled cash, cash register, raw food and cooked food all cross contamination no gloves. And she never washed her hands. I also saw her eat something while cooking, wiped sweat of her forehead and touched food barehanded. I asked for my money returned I was grossed out. She agreed of what I saw and returned my money. From my observation you could get sick eating here.

I would give it zero stars if I could. The service is horrible. They really don't have a clue. I tried despite the bad reviews and it is on me. We were only ones there and takes an hour for our meal. Customer came in screaming about $100 order that was completely wrong. They don't care about it so they will not be in business for much longer!

We waited almost an hour and 5 other people got seated after us and all got there food before us and they also messed our order up and it wasn’t even ready at the same. From my experience I wouldn’t go back there again.
