The workers at night are super nice but quality of the food is meh. Now at day time the workers make the burritos so plump, fresh and amazing. Night time workers you are sweet but put some effort in the food please.

I can't tell you how many times this place is hit or miss. Ordered food tonight. 3 chicken chipotle loaded grillers. NONE OF THEM WERE GRILLED! They just put chicken, cheese and sauce in a small flour tortilla like a soft taco. Pintos and cheese..... NO RED SAUCE. Nice and dry. Mtn dew? Nope, got a Baja blast instead. Unreal.

This place is hit or miss, so 3 starts is average. And this fast food isn't fast. Lines are long and take awhile, but inside workers seems to be really booking it, so that's at least good.
But it's typical Taco Bell fare. This time we got the "new" Mexican Pizza! Kiddos' first time... 🔔

Wouldn't let me order Mexican Pizza online, only in person. The crunchy beef Chalupa I ordered had a few pieces of chicken, no beef, but way too much sour cream and lettuce to be edible, I threw it out.
Ordering here is like gambling, orders are inaccurate about half the time.
Why do I keep coming? Food is a delicious guilty pleasure when they get it right!

Breakfast menu doesn't exist, next to impossible to order breakfast. Has been absent forever, Taco bell, get these guys a working breakfast menu for the drive thru! The only good thing I can say is Hats off to the night crew! 11:30 at night, 8 cars deep in the drive thru, took less than 10 minutes, and that's not bad. Taco Bell has cut back on Quality, and raised prices that I hardly go. Still late night munchies, it has its place.

When I order online I literally put don't add that sour cream thing and all of them are with sour cream even the receipt I have said no sour cream but yet some idiot still put it in

So I ordered a quesalupa combo and a cravings pack. I ordered no sour cream and everything had sour cream on it. The taco in the quesalupa bag had more stuff inside of it compared to the taco in the cravings pack. Poorly made tacos. Baja blast freeze was the best out of my order.

Employees should not be washing gloves with soap and water gloves are meant to be changed I can’t believe I actually watched this happen and as a former Boston Market employee I would have expected better than that
