Tabby and Lindsey are extremely rude for no reason at all. We had a small order that seemed to bother her for no apparent reason other than us mistaking the dragon fruit drink as just drank fruit which was no big deal to us but to Tabby seemed to disturb her. When I called to complain about tabby slamming the window on us after handing our drinks mid sentence, Lindsey hung up the phone when asked for corporate for whatever reason. I don’t think Lindsey is the manager and was trying to cover for Tabby. Regardless I will be calling corporate for a formal complaint.
Don’t wanna serve customers? Don’t work in customer service.

Horrible customer service, doesn’t know how to speak to even take an order. Tabby the girl at cash got extremely rude just because we had a order of $30 of a couple drinks. Lindsey the manager hung up on us when we asked for corporates nimber. Extremely rude employees.

Tabby the server is extremely rude and when we called to complain Lindsey the ‘manager’ (who I’m sure isn’t) hung up the phone on us I WILL be calling corporate. Don’t work in customer service if you are unable to serve customers.

Went into this Sbux after visiting the mattress store on 1/26 at 7:40pm. There was zero customers in the store and we were not greeted upon entering as we usually are at any other sbux we visit. The person who was going to take our order - slowly walked over to the register and just looked at us, until my husband finally said - are you ready??? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So disappointing.

Because of the shortages they barely have alot of items which is out of their control. Good customer service, they helped me find items to replace the missing items.

Good starbucks. I once asked for no ice and they gave me ice anyways. But then I got to keep the drink and got another one with no ice. It was worth the wait. 4/5 because they do not sanitize after making the drinks. I looked inside.
