Burger King

Wow what can I say about this experience. I mean, I'm a McDonald's kinda person, but as I walked past this Burger King on the high street, it just seemed so welcoming so I went in. I wasn't sure what burger to buy, I'd of course heard of the whopper, but there were so many choices. There was this very fine gentleman who served me. I think his name was Ricky? But yeah, he went through all the options with me, explained what he thought was the best meal to order. Unlike my visits to McDonald's, I felt like a unique individual at this place, especially from that Ricky fella. He had a lovely smile throughout, and made my order according to my needs. Ricky was very patient and he even suggested places for me to visit after my meal, as I am not local to brentwood I think his great customer service really made my experience here. Overall, the place was very clean, and I must say, it wasn't too busy as well, so I managed to find the perfect seat. After I finished my meal, Ricky again, asked how my meal was and wished me a lovely day. I don't know who the current manager is, but he definitely should be! He is the definition of great customer service. I know Burger King are known for their slogan, but I definitely did have it my way that day :)

I always have a positive experience in this restaurant. The staff are friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile with their service to help you. The food is good quality, can be customised around your preferences and is much cheaper than that wimpys up the road, that in my opinion is even worth the money they charge.
