A new one to add to our favourites list.
Tucked away, behind buildings, this place is a hidden gem. An unassuming building that is much nicer inside than expected.
The food was fantastic; reasonably priced, brilliant portions (I think I'm still full) and tasted amazing. My only criticism is that the mac and cheese didn't seem to have any sauce at all, but it was a side and everything else was so, so, good.
The service was great, checked in on but not too much, and left to enjoy our meals. It's definitely a place to revisit.
Popped in for some food on Wednesday by the off chance and it was the best decision we’ve made! All the staff were very friendly and our server and the lady behind the bar were beyond friendly and chatting and very welcoming to us and our little boy. The restaurant was very quiet when we arrived and the staff were very accommodating to our very noisy unsettled little boy. The food was incredible! I highly recommend the buttermilk chicken burger it was beautiful and very filling, my partner really enjoyed his koftas and the kids portions are a very reasonable size. We can’t wait to visit again!
Well as it's location is absolutely awful it has to have something going for it? Well it certainly does, the food is excellent, a surprisingly good pint of real ale, together with very friendly efficient staff, definitely worth a visit - just ignore the location.
Absolutely beautiful food & service! I had mango glazed chicken skewers with cous cous!! 😋 followed by Creme bruleé with fruit compote, it was delicious! Nice coffee with a lovely little Welsh cake (came with the coffee) couldn't fault it. I'll definitely be back!!!!
Go for lunch after going to outlet today. We ordered 5 mains including, seabass, pork chop, lamb, battered cod and curry pork. All are nice and great taste. Especially like the pork chop and Seabass with chopped potato with nice sauce. My family enjoyed tge nice environment and friendly staff. I shall come again.
First time visiting today for Sunday lunch. After reading the wonderful reviews we were hoping it would be nice and it was actually fabulous. Loved the Glamorgan vegetarian crumble, roasties, vegetables,

Lovely meal out. we struggled to find somewhere serving food on a Monday night, thank god for this place! The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. if your fed up of the chain pubs with their microwaved junk then give this place a try. Lovely service, very welcoming and staff very attentive. will definitely return.
What a gem of a pub we have stumbled across. Hidden somewhat behind the back of ATS, this lovely traditional pub/restaurant is a pure delight. The staff are very welcoming and pleasent and introduce you to a very tasty menu, including light bites and a children's section. The steak and bree sandwiches on the lighter side were delicious, we returned the next day for steak and burger for an evening meal and were not disappointed. Some staff were quite young and missed a few tricks the second visit, such as forgetting cutlery, sauces that were requested but not brought, and one meal was missing the side of peas. But apart from that, the meals themselves were lovely. Great atmosphere and decor, we will be bringing relatives from afar to appreciate this fabulous venue.

BBQ corn ribs to start - very very nice but very expensive for what they are. Other starters much better value for money
Pork chop with mashed potatoes, tebderstem broccoli and baby carrots for main - best pork chop I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection
Lemon tart and raspberry sorbet for dessert - lovely light and tasty way to finish off the meal
Will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu
Absolutely amazing food, first class service, lovely clean environment, great staff and very reasonably priced food considering the high quality. Also lots of parking. Catered for my daughters birthday. It was no trouble for them to bring a cake out which we provided.
