Now the new managers have just taken it over I wanted to try the food, drink and hospitality. I must admit to being slightly biased but as a chef taking in a party of 15 on a busy Sunday I was not disappointed. The food was lovely with generous portions and the staff were attentive and even my fussy daughter was delighted. Not a single detail was missing or incorrect, as is often the case with a large party. We will be back very soon.

Fantastic Lunch yesterday. Was extremely busy and there was a wait after ordering. But that's no fault of their own. Waitresses and bar staff were top notch. Credit to you. Will be back.

They booked us a table last minute as we were staying in the hotel. We were served by Sapphire who was an absolute star all evening. She was professional all night with some tricky customers....not us. Food was lovely. Got a lovely table.

Delicious food, all fresh and very tasty. Generous Sunday lunch and tasty puddings. The prices aren't too bad except the Pepsi at nearly £4 a glass. For such a quiet time, service could've been quicker I'd say, and the staff, while polite, were not all that happy in their role. Would return though, on the strength of the food quality. Update: more excellent food, delivered quickly this time, with excellent friendly service. Just one small gripe. We didn't really get much gravy on the Sunday roast (the pic is from last time), and when we asked for a little more we received a very small pot between us and were charged for it!

This hotel are on the outskirts of Bridlington so really easy to find. Plenty of parking right outside the hotel and the the hotel and restaurant are across the car park from one another so you don't hear any noise from it. The reception wasn't manned so we had to go into the restaurant to get our key to get into our hotel & room. Our room was on the ground floor but there were safety wires for when the windows are open. Lovely big room with bath and really comfy bed, air conditioning as well, nothing to dislike about it. We eat in the restaurant attached to the hotel for both our breakfast and evening meals. Only 1 member of staff dealing with guests but the member of staff was very efficient. Tea, coffee and fruit juices available as well as cereal, pastries, toast which you helped yourself to. We opted for the smaller cooked, which was good. Plenty of choice for lunch or evening meals. They did have a shortage of staff, which didn't effect our first night but our second night was fathers day so restaurant was busier and staff in the kitchen struggled . We ordered the shared camembert started and had to send our toast back as it was rock hard. Staff dealt with our complaint efficiently and because they had received a few complaints that night they automatically reduced our bill by 50% when we went to pay our bill. Would definitely go back to stay here if I go back to Bridlington.

Stayed here on Christmas Eve to see the family, great value considering the price paid. Great easily accessible location with a huge car park. Rooms are exactly what was expected. Large, spacious, clean & modern & lift access to the second floor rooms. Pub just across the car park for on site drinks & food, looked nice, good vibe, didn't get an opportunity to try the breakfast due to the time of year. I will definitely be staying again.

First time here while on holiday. My partner and I both really loved it. The beer garden is fabulous on a nice summer day and evening. We ate an evening meal and both loved the food which was very tasty and cooked well. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great time.

Family bought us here for lunch, up here on holiday visiting. They recommended it, as they came recently. We sat undercover outside with the dogs. Food was of good quality and decent sized portions for the price. Would return on next year's holiday.

With six dog-friendly tables indoors and a large outdoor seating area with gazebos and conservatories, everyone is catered for. Sunday lunch was delicious and served very quickly by friendly and helpful staff. Although we had booked, there were plenty of space. We enjoyed our first visit and will definitely be back with our three dogs.

A massive carpark, best to leave your bags i the car as reception is in the pub and the rooms are in a different building Quick check in all info given Room was up some stairs no lift available The room was a good size plenty of space as was the bathroom. Shower was hot and powerful, bed was very comfortable WiFi wasn't that great Evening meal was OK plenty of choice on the menu good value No breakfast included but could add if wanted. A short walk to the seafront also good for a run . Would I stay again and recommend definitely yes 👍

Booked an overnight stay to go to a local music event. Lovely quiet, clean and tidy room with well maintained communal areas. Lots of parking available. Jay who booked us in and looked after us was polite, friendly and informal (despite hailing from Rochdale).Lovely full English breakfast(thanks unknown chef) and thanks also to Holly who looked after us at breakfast. Highly recommended pleasant place to stay and eat. Well done everyone
