Friendly staff, reasonably priced and above average quality – the only thing I might fault was excessive batter. Certainly the haddock inside was very delicious. It's in a very central location and probably relies on some tourist trade so it was nice to see high standards when they may not get repeat business from people walking through the door. A well fed family of four left with full tummies & smiles on their faces.
Good place for sit down fish and chips. Got a table easily at lunch on bank holiday weekend. Great quality food and plenty of it, delivered quickly. Everything comes with chips- would have been nice to have a fish only option to save a bit of money. We'll happily come here again.
This was a recommendation from YouTube and it didn't disappoint. It was very quiet when we went in but it was early evening around 5pm.
We had various dishes from fish, chips and curry sauce to pie, nuggets and beans, so we tried a variety of items on the menu and all were very nice. I'd definitely recommend coming off the front to head here to get great food and service and be able to sit inside to eat on cooler days.

Called in on a late Tuesday afternoon, so not a time when Bridlington was it's busiest, & found Busy bees not quite so busy. Although considering a few number of fish & chips shops were closed Busy Bees was a welcome place & only had a few customers which meant finding a place to sit wasn't a problem along with going to the counter & ordering the food.
The menu was plain & simple, it is a fisn & chip shop after all, & the food came very shortly afterwards. The price point was o.k & to be expected for a sit down experience with the portions o.k too

The fish was light & tasty with the batter not too crispy. The chips were good, plentiful & not greasy with a decent taste.
The curry sauce was bog standard chip shop stuff & added a nice spicy edge to the meal.
The staff were very good, friendly & courteous making it a pleasant visit. It also has a toilet which was a welcome addition.
One small niggle was the pot of tea for 4, which only had 3 tea bags. Considering we had nearly 2 cups apiece it needed another tea bag if it is for 4 people & with enough water to accommodate this. The tea cups are half the size of mugs & usually folk have 2 cups apiece (we wanted to anyway) so it would be nice to have the option of being able to do that if needed. If it's for two people then the teapot is great.
This is a minor consideration to make the meal complete for us Yorkshire folk & dosent really detract from the nice & comfortable experience of our visit.
Would definitely recommend!
TLDR; Battered sausage sandwich.
Visited on a Saturday lunchtime with family and found a table with ease. Had a quick look over the menu and ordered at the counter. A few minutes later, the food was on the table. It was delicious. Never had a battered sausage sarnie before, life changing!
Lovely little restaurant if ya wanna rest you legs, food was good all the family loved their food. Staff were polite & friendly, atmosphere was quiet & peaceful
