Ordered from here twice now and both times no chips came. Called to ask if I can pick them up and the staff was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me. Won’t be using them anymore. Also the bread was rock hard for the burger we got and tasted stale. Disgusting
Again another food order wrong on drive though this time didn’t realise until we got home the cheese sides were missed off . This is a regular thing normally we check and although a quick check of the bag it was not until we got home we realised . Tried to ring numerous times no answer
Unfortunately this mcdonalds concentrates on delivery and drive thru. Go inside and order to sit inside and your guaranteed a 10 to 15 minute wait for your food. Lots of staff always around but just long waits. The customer service staff …
