This little cafe is spot on. The breakfasts we have just had were fantastic, everything cooked perfectly, more importantly the plates were hot too which I like when having hot food. Thank you.
We will be back x
DOG FRIENDLY TOO
I visited this cafe with my family last week whilst on holiday, with a daughter who is lactose intolerant and a partner who is gluten intolerant, this cafe was a true highlight to come across, not only was my food incredible so was the staff and service, they even let my toddler have his pizza there even though it wasn't baught there. Friendly and amazing. If there is any cafe to eat at in brid this is the one
Really nice little family run café. We had a lovely breakfast and they were very friendly and helpful with our young kids. Vegan/vegetarian options and baby changing facilities. Great to support local family run business
Good food and service good gluten free options
I found the Wish Cat Café on Google whilst searching for places to eat in Bridlington that serve vegan and vegetarian food. After reading the reviews, all of which are very positive, I decided I would have lunch there with my mum. The décor is absolutely charming, with a cat theme throughout, which is never a bad thing because, let's face it, cats are the best. Mum and I both had the vegan meatballs with rice and a salad garnish. They were excellent! Really nice, rich tomato sauce, and the meatballs themselves had a wonderful flavour and texture, leaving us both comfortably full from the generous portions. The prices are reasonable, and the staff extremely welcoming and friendly. I will certainly be a regular visitor from now on. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
A warm, cosy, dog friendly cafe. The food was very good. 😋We ordered a standard breakfast (sausage, bacon, 2 hash browns, fried egg, beans, mushrooms, fried tomatoes and two slices of toast) a vegetarian breakfast, and 2 toasted sausage baguettes, served with crisps and side salad. (They don’t serve chips), 3 teas (the cups had been warmed, a nice touch) and 1 hot chocolate made with soya milk which came in a huge jam jar mug. They also had a Vegan menu. There are steps up to the cafe, however, they do have a back accessible door if you are in a wheelchair or have a pushchair. Our friends doggy “Fudgie” was even given a chewy stick treat on arrival 🐕. A lovely find on our day out to Flamborough. 🙂
Brilliant cafe the food was incredible, the staff were great with out little ones. Nice atmosphere cannot recommend it enough
Great little place with a top understanding of coeliac/gluten/dairy intolerance issues. Separate fryers etc used for preparation so contamination risks minimised.
Loved this place. I have never met such a friendly lady who served us, but all staff were friendly and even the chefscame to chat to us and we really felt looked after. I had the Home made steak pie, partner is gluten free and had lots of choice compared to every other place we have gone to. The chips were really nice particularly. Great feedback from all meals. The only reason I dropped a star was no lock on the toilet door and the slight smoke and smell from cooking in the kitchen made my headache worse, however they did explain they had undergone some work and it was in progress so I'm sure this will be resolved in no time. Thank you for a lovely dinner experience. We will be coming again and ordering for sure.
12 noon ordered a breakfast that was absolutely delicious. It's going to be our place to eat every time we visit Bridlington. We were made very welcome and the service was excellent.
