First visit to this pub, made very welcome by managers and locals and arrived at the start of the weekly quiz night so of course had to join in. Managed to eat a very tasty meal at the same time, maybe why we came last! Looking forward to returning and sampling some more of the menu.

The Pymore Inn is one of our local pubs and has been a favourite since it was taken over and refurbished by the Electric Pub Company. It’s especially great for summer drinks and food, and has the best garden of any pub we’ve visited.
When we were looking for a venue for our 50th birthday party, The Pymore was top of our shortlist and we decided it offered everything we wanted.
Our party was a resounding success, with nearly 100 guests and fantastic late-summer weather.
The Pymore team led by manager Alex and chef Jim delivered an outstanding event. The food (brisket, pulled pork, sides) was exceptional - thank you Jim!
We’ve had dozens of positive comments about the party and we’re already thinking about the next one.
A big thanks also goes to the Electric Pub Company’s Mark Banham for his support in the planning and execution of our event.

We chose to eat indoors but during the Pymore was still geared up for outdoor service to take advantage of the nice weather. The facilities outdoors are great, really special so indoors lacked a little atmosphere. The service was excellent though, very attentive. The food was excellent quality but a tiny bit hit and miss, a couple of things had waited on the pass just a fraction too long and were lukewarm and a couple of the green beans were a little too "caramelised". Overall it was really good though, will definitely go again, maybe sit outside next time 😎

Stunning location, lovely premises and garden. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Food was excellent. Local IPA (Lyme Regis Brewery Steady Habits) was a hit. Will return here on my next holiday to Dorset.

Everything about our lunch was positive. From the cheerful voice on the phone when we booked, to the greeting when we arrived, the atmosphere, the service and the food. Oh my goodness, the food. We eat lunch out a lot. This was perfect in terms of quality - the charcuterie in particular was outstanding. The service was attentive but not intrusive, the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. An amazing way to end our holiday in the area - we live hundreds of miles away, but we'll be back.

A lovely country pub with a large garden and outdoor bar/kitchen area. Inside are a number of tables mainly laid out for dinner service. Clean and tidy. All the serving staff were polite and welcoming. We enjoyed an evening meal which was cooked well and delicious. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this pub and look forward to returning again.

Great Garden setting, this is why you would come with all weather cover. They have a tent and large umbrellas. It is a lovely rural setting I didn't eat. I felt the down side was the beer selection which I felt was disappointing....

Really wonderful little gem of a pub. Fabulous food and the best service. Alex and his team are a delight. I highly recommend the pizzas and the onion rings!
Make a detour if you arent passing and find a new fave!
