Just want to say a big thank you to Rob! You made the experience fantastic and were so good with the kids. The food is always fantastic and it was really nice that we had help pretty much on hand throughout the whole meal. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

Lovely clean environment, helpful staff. Food arrived quickly and was very tasty . Only downside, there's no fish/seafood option, which gives a non meat eater like me a limited choice and the order by phone means that you can't use a restaurant gift card as a payment option. Other than that ,all good.

I'm not a fan of ordering through your phone at all. But at least you didn't have to open an account and remember a password. We ordered the buffet for £8.50. The pizzas were nice and fresh, and if you waited long enough. They would bring new ones out. Plenty of fresh salad available. If you like pizza, it's worth a visit. The benefit of the buffet is there's a choice of 6 different pizzas to choose from. And you can eat as much as you like.

Absolutely fantastic service by the entire team on Sunday 26th March. Even though we ordered via the app, everyone was incredibly attentive and kind, and even sang Happy Birthday for the birthday girl. I have been to more expensive restaurants and not had service as good as this, please pass on my thanks to the team!

Not been to pizza hut in a while due to COVID closing all my local pizza huts but glad I went I will admit it's 4 stars not 5 due to the pricing it's a tad pricey! But otherwise all good

Deserve 5 stars for excellent customer service. Went there 1st time today to eat the O2 Priority App free adult lunch. Treated kindly by helpful staff who showed us how to use the App. Usually for freebies or discounted meals the restaurants would treat you like 2nd class. But not here at Merry Hill Pizza Hut. They give you due respect and are very patient to everyone especially the Elderly folks. Would go there again. Highly recommended.
