Visited at lunchtime with a party of 7 and sat on the verandah overlooking the lido on a sunny day. Perfectly good simple menu and scrummy cakes. The service was prompt especially when you consider this is a small place and rolls etc are prepared fresh. The young waiting staff were friendly and really tried. We will return !
Lovely café with vegan milks and cupcakes on offer. Friendly staff and seating inside and out.
Only given one star for service because the young girl was getting in a tissey bless her, with practice she will be fine, we only had chips but they were lovely and fresh and the cooking oil was clean, it was go good experience 😀 xx shall go again and have a proper lunch.

Gorgeous Cafe in a great location! Bacon baps/chips all delicious and the coffee excellent!! We popped in here for lunch recently and look forward to returning soon.

Brilliant little cafe, good location by the seafront & lido - great cakes, coffee & hot chocolates (and bacon baps, breakfasts, jackets and sausages etc!). Even has local artists on display and a resident writer! Not many cafés can boast that!
Always love Café Lido. Dog friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Lovely coffee and simple tasty food. Great supporting local charity and only Essex Lido.
