Great quality food and friendly service.
Went here on pride 23 so it was very busy however they seated our table of 6 quickly and both took our order and brought out our food within an hour. Food was as good as any other Franco Manca. The only complaint was that I ordered the Nduja dip but they forgot to bring it out until most of the table had eaten although they did reconcile this by taking it off the bill.
Definitely worth the visit and is located in a good part of Brighton.
Hands down one of the best pizzas I've ever had! And if you follow my Google reviews, I am an avid pizza eater! Everything about it was delicious and cooked to perfection! The chef even made it into a heart as we were sat at a table where we could talk to him, which was a nice added touch. Their chilli sauce is tasty and obviously, I had added burrata. Prices were so reasonable with a nice selection of beers, wine and cocktails.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be returning.
Lovely restaurant in a prime location within walking distance of our hotel. My daughter and I visited early Sunday evening for dinner. Excellent service from a lovely lady ( who came from Nottingham?) sour dough pizza garlic and mozzarella with mixed salad and olives were lovelyx great price would highly recommend!
My partner and I always come here, but this time the service really stood out! Mikael was incredibly friendly and speedy with our meal. We sat down, ate and paid within an hour which is perfect as we were in a rush! Had a lovely evening and excited to come back!
Their dough is incredible, absolute thing of beauty. Gorgeously chewy, foldable and light. Pomodoro sauce is rich and flavourful. Got a great deal where they threw in a garlic pizza and a couple of dips, the nduja dip was a lovely little tongue tingler. Only complaint was a little more cheese would have been amazing, but can't fault them on the taste of the pizza. Very well made sourdough pizza.

We have eaten at other Franco mancas previously however this one is Way better, the pizzas were so good. “The best pizza I have ever had” was muttered several times around the table
The beef ragú pizza in particular was crazy good (a lasagne pizza)
Maria and Cameron and a waitress that I didn’t catch the name of were all so attentive and made the experience even better, the food came out in great time

Franco Manca Brighton has a great atmosphere and all 3 children finished their plates. Maria was just lovely and we can’t wait to come back as a family. Cameron was really friendly and welcoming, they obviously have a great team! See you all again soon! Oh and the Pizza was the best we had ever had fresh and full of flavour. If you’re looking for a family friendly restaurant with great service I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys!
Go with my friends almost weekly. The staff know us by now and treat us wonderfully, we are taken care of. Very accommodating. They do a good pizza. And I get to use my nhs discount blue light card. My favourite pizza chain!
Great pizza made even better by the exceptional service we were given by our lovely server Mikael, who went out of his way to look after us, including helping us to move tables midway through our meal to enable us to all sit together when originally we’d had to take two separate tables. He was so much more friendly and helpful than anyone else in the restaurant at the time so we were very lucky to have had him as our waiter! Thank you so much Mikael!
The crust and the burn taste on the edges of the pizza is to die for. I wanted to change so I didn’t order a regular margarita and maybe that’s why I didn’t really loved the pizza. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t my taste, and needed a bit of salt.Their homemade lemonade is something to appreciate and adore. Will definitely come again to try more. The staff were so friendly too.
