Great food, nice presentation and good quality.
The place is very stylish and clean. Food is very tasty and good quality. Have different food options (all day breakfast, pancakes, burgers, children menu). It’s normally full but table for 2 can be easily accommodate for; for groups bookings would be recommended.

Went to Bill’s in Brighton with my wife with the idea of having the well known Bill’s breakfast (at lunch time) but when I saw the Bourbon Burger I changed my mind.
Don’t ask me why.
I have to say that it was the best burger I’ve eaten in a very long time!
Milles away from 5 Guys, Honest Burgers and those chains that think they make amazing burgers (they may did in the past but not anymore).
This burger was amazing not because the right mix of flavours (it was delicious, don’t get me wrong).
It was amazing because the meat quality. Superb! I ordered it medium cooked (rarer not possible). It was perfectly cooked. It tasted as if the meat was just from a farm in Sussex! (Maybe it was…)
It came with rosemary fries (nothing special, let’s be honest with everything).
My wife ordered Chicken Shawarma and again, nothing special at all. It could easily found at Wetherspoons… (very honest here)
We were served by Mars. (Standard Robot style serving…) The blonde girl who welcomed, sat and said goodbye and wished a great day looked truly honest and very friendly.
Next? We need to try those burgers in London!!
We had such a lovely time at Bills Brighton. All the team here were lovely. We were mainly looked after by Valerio who was so profession yet he seems compassionate. The food was tasty and well cooked. I ate the chicken swarma and my partner had the vegan curry. Both tasted amazing and I had some of hers too. We’ll definitely be back soon.
We had some great food with great service, the only problem is that the table are a bit tight when you're sat in the main downstairs area, it's hard to move around and the toilets were a little disgusting.
Our server was lovely, though, and made sure we always had drink top ups and extras, and the food was delicious.

We came in to explore Brighton and stopped here for Brunch.
The vibe and ambiance was great. And the food was very well prepared.

Some may dismiss this place because it's a chain, but they do everything pretty good regardless!
The staff 🧑🏽🍳 are very attentive and proactive and the overall vibe is pretty sweet 🛋️ with loads of plants and quirky decor on the walls
I went for the set menu, and opted for the 2-course set up. Although there is a 3-course to choose from too. Or you can add a third dish afterwards if you wish. Nice to have that flex.
For my starters I went for the dumplings 🥟 - the portion serving was very generous! 👌🏽You'd get a couple more dumplings than other places. The dip that came with it was nice, although I think something slightly more on the acidic and less thick side may be nicer.
For the main I chose their breaded chicken caesar salad dish 🥗. It came with a really well presented bed of lettuce 🥬, grated cheese 🧀 and a ramekin of caesar sauce.
Overall pretty good if you want a safe bet!
Would 100% recommend. Took the family for a birthday celebration and the service and food were both outstanding. Looking forward to our next visit.
The cuisine seemed to be of average quality when considering the price point. The service, however, was quite pleasant, and the overall atmosphere exuded a positive ambiance.
Roughly a 10 minute walk from Brighton train station, friendly staff on arrival. Decor is lovely, cute brunch plave for sure! Food was gorgeous! I had a halloumi platter which I couldn't fault! Waitress was friendly and attentive! My only complaint was that it was like sitting in a greenhouse! It was a hot day and boiling inside! Would definitely go back! It's also within walking distance of shops and bars!
Took my Mum here for a birthday meal and the food is absolutely fantastic. Food was served really quickly and drinks were great,lots of options.
