One of the best Bangers & Mash I had in England. It's a bit out of the was but definitely worth it! You have a great selection of different sausages (incl. vegeterian and vegan options), mash potatoes and gravy. I went for the Pork&Chilli ones which had a good amount of spice. The interior is really nice and cozy with a little fire place and classic decoration on the tables. The barman was super friendly and helpful (also quite easy on the eyes - if that is of importance to you). Would come back to Brighton just for this!

Wow! Beautiful pub above the city, with great atmosphere. We had a lovely waiter (blonde with dreadlocks), who was really helpful and friendly. There were two vegan roast dinner options (vegetable Wellington or vegan sausages), and we had one of each. Both absolutely delicious! One of the best roasts I have had. Would thoroughly recommend! Both desserts were vegan, but sadly we had no space

Nice little quaint pub, I would recommend either going early or reserving a slot. Go for the Sunday roast, I went for the pork belly and it was quite good. Just be prepared to be in a food coma afterwards Also quite a refreshing homemade lemonade with gin was a nice surprise. I would recommend trying this pub!

Fantastic Sunday roast - super generous portions, great cauliflower cheese, gravy and homemade Yorkshire's. Good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic spirits and beers; even on draught. Their bangers and mash menu looked amazing too. Got really busy for the Sunday roast though so definitely advise booking.

We've just had bangers and mash at The Geese and it was fantastic. The entire evening was such a joy - chilled environment with great music and excellent service. Then the meal came and it was superb. The flavours were just incredible. I'm contemplating staying the weekend to go to the roast on Sunday!! Has to be a Brighton gem and when we back in Brighton we will return. Thank you so much.

Great vibes. Super friendly staff and the best vegan sausages I've ever tasted. Would 100% return. We sent compliments to our chef and he came to chat to us about where we could find such delicious sausages. What a lovely man!

Went for a Sunday roast and was NOT disappointed. The food was excellent everything was cooked to perfection, there were only 2 downsides, 1 the slot for lunch was only an hour and a half which would have been fine but by the time the food came we didn't have time for dessert, 2 the condiments are shared which is fine until the guy sat next to you has been jamming his used fork into the apple sauce. Apart from that all good and would highly recommend.

This restaurant lives up to its reputation for a Sunday roast. About 30 minutes (up hill) on foot from Brighton pier but well worth the exercise. Had not booked so was given a place at the bar counter.....Not a problem. Pleasant and good service and tasty food. Would revisit.

If you're searching for a great pub in Brighton, The Geese is definitely worth checking out. This cosy spot offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and a good selection of drinks, including a range of craft beers and classic cocktails. Whether you're in the mood for a quick pint or a leisurely evening with friends, The Geese is a fantastic option. The pub also serves up delicious bar snacks and light bites that are perfect for sharing, making it a great choice for a casual night out. By: @thisisbrightonandhove & @eadfphoto
