Great experience of the venue for the book launch of Gemma Ogstons Self&care cookbook.
Amazing food and atmosphere! We Had family Sunday lunch. Very beautiful looking venue with modern open kitchen. Felt very welcome with children. Warm friendly staff. The kids absolutely loved all the food even though it was not the typical kids menus. So glad they experienced new flavours and loved it.
We all shared Croquets and Wings to start with and for main we had Lamb and chicken with all the tasty Vegetable side dishes. All our plates were wiped clean and we finished it all by sharing a very tasty chocolate dessert.
If you love good food you have to eat here. Will definitely come back again and recommend to all our friends.
Loved the coffee here. Nice vibe and lovely people. They have a wonderful selection of spirits. Look forward to coming back and trying the food.

Well brewed pour over coffee from a range of tier one roasters, interesting but familiar food menu made with excellent produce. Especially loved the fried kale (tastes like posh takeaway seaweed). To top it off the environment was relaxed and hospitality was spot on. Well done guys x
Absolutely brilliant venue. I’ve been 5 times in the last month at different times - lunch, dinner and a Gem’s Kitchen night. Cocktails and wine list thoughtful and delicious. Food and firepit cooking gives one of those menus that you’re just trying everything! Vegan food fab too. Can’t wait for Mother’s Day there!
Came here for breakfast with some friends. It was soooo close to being a new favourite in Brighton... The staff are lovely and welcoming, the coffee is amazing, and the open fire in the room gives the place a wonderful ambience. We all had the house breakfast - 1 veggie, the rest meaty. Although the place was empty and we were there early they'd somehow run out of some things, and the food took nearly 40 minutes to come?! Such a shame, as when it arrived, it was a pinch of salt (albeit quite a generous one) away from perfection. Also the cutlery was kind of blunt and useless... I think that's pretty much the same everywhere though, but still a frustratingly easy fix! Anyway - If they sort these things out I will be a very frequent visitor indeed!
Excellent. Their BLT is a work of art! Seriously. Not your average sandwich. Great atmosphere too. Highly recommended. Fresh juice and just a little more choice would get you a 5th start from me. Very very good.
Been for both Saturday brunch and Sunday lunch, both were amazing - perfectly cooked delicious food, expertly prepared coffee and a great drinks selection, all in a stunning space. They just need to work on getting the heating sorted...
