We went with a suspicious view given its location in tourist area and slightly pricey offering. However I got to say the food was superb. We order 9 dishes between 3 of us, starting with duck liver pate, seafood chowder and scallops all 3 of them were delicious. The mains we shared between us seafood pasta, folded pizza and pan fried seabass, again beautifully cooked with fairly generous portion of seafood. The highlight was certainly the tiramisu it was made with slightly different twist with some ice cream on top. Really nice food. The bill did come to over £100 but we did also order couple of wines on the side as well.

The staff at EF Brighton, as well as our visitors, had an amazing evening for our team event. The compliments received from our guests on the food and the venue were numerous. Thank you for making the EF Fam Trip Hawaiian event a success!
I am pleased to have worked with such wonderful and accommodation staff as yours. Special thanks to Ingrid, who was very reassuring down to the slightest detail before the event and during the evening she was there to make sure we kept our timings and that the all guests were happy including myself. In addition, I did not expect the staff to help me and my team decorate the place before the guests arrived. However they gladly set up all the inflatable Hawaiian props, spread the confetti, light our coconut candles and decorated the tables with the fairly lights etc.
It was a pleasure to work with you, from planning the event until the very end. The EF staff from all around the world were ever so grateful and happy to have been to your restaurant.

Myself, my daughter and three of her friends enjoyed an excellent lunch here in mid-July 2016. Very good menu, food, service and location (away from the building work on the seafront and close to the i360) and reasonable prices. Staff were lovely, very friendly and nice open deck area practically on the beach. Would definitely go back and definitely recommend to others.
We only had drinks on a quiet afternoon on a weekday in October. We were slightly reluctant to go in because the first impression is of a rather posh place. However, the staff was very friendly and welcomed us in our autumn-walk-clothing as if we were regulars. My child spilled a glass of soda on the table/floor and the waiters were very fast in helping out and without asking gave us a new glass. We have no experience with the food.
The view/location is stunning, beautiful, showing the sea, the beach, the boulevard/skyline and the Brighton i360. We advise a visit.

The service was first class outstanding actually, made myself and my niece feel realty welcome. The view was great, and good to have a cold beer over looking the sea. Only gripe. Went during lunch and would like to have more of a veggie option. Had a meaty pizza anyway but food was good

We had our wedding reception here a few days ago and were 100% satisfied with the experience. Alex helped us to plan our perfect day with our own decorations and personal touches and then she and her team looked after us and our guests superbly on the day. Great food (BBQ Buffet), good bar options (they got Harvey's in for my dad!) and just an ideal setting for the event. Thanks and well done, we'll be back!
We had a fantastic night, the Alfresco team were amazing from the start. Helping us with balloons and banners, very attentive and efficient. Constantly clearing glasses and plates, right through to the very end, making sure we had gathered up all our bit and bobs!! Its was the perfect venue for us, everyone enjoyed the food, the whole evening was a complete success. I would have no hesitation to recommend Alfresco.

Went there for somebody's leaving do. Very nice. Food nibbles tasty and great outlook to the sea. Outside seating areas. Want to have a private party? then check this place out. Also has nice restaurant upstairs.
