Had an afternoon tea at the cafe here. Was served a delectable assortment of sandwiches accompanied by delicious Devon scones, strawberries and cream, plus macaroons and cupcakes. Had a most lovely time here - staff and food were fab.

Title: Exceptional Shopping Experience at MS Food Supermarket Review: I recently visited MS Food Supermarket, and I'm thrilled to share my five-star shopping experience. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that this isn't just any supermarket; it's a place where quality, variety, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of their service. What sets MS Food apart is the incredible quality of their products. Whether I was browsing through fresh produce, meats, or pantry staples, everything seemed handpicked for freshness and quality. The fruits and vegetables were vibrant and ripe, the meats were of premium cuts, and even the baked goods seemed as if they had just come out of the oven. The selection at MS Food is remarkable, offering a wide range of products from around the globe. It's a culinary treasure trove for food enthusiasts looking to explore international cuisines or find that special ingredient to elevate their home-cooked meals. Despite its vast selection, everything is well organized and easy to find, making shopping both efficient and enjoyable. Another highlight is the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. Their readiness to assist, whether it was helping me find an item or offering storage tips for fresh produce, made me feel truly valued as a customer. Moreover, the cleanliness and organization of the store deserve special mention. It's evident that the management places a high priority on maintaining an inviting and hygienic shopping environment, which makes for a pleasant and reassuring visit every time. In terms of pricing, while some items may be slightly above average, the quality and variety you get are well worth the cost. MS Food clearly focuses on providing value through high standards and exceptional service. In conclusion, MS Food Supermarket is a gem that redefines the grocery shopping experience. Whether you're a food connoisseur or simply someone who appreciates good quality and friendly service, MS Food is undoubtedly a place that will meet and exceed your expectations. Highly recommended!

Marks and Sparks has traditionally been known as being at the expensive end of high street retailers. With fewer and fewer big department stores these days, even M&S are branching out to some stand alone food only stores rather than the Food Halls which are usually buried behind the depths of comfortable ladies underwear (big pants) and belted beige slacks for Grandad. Churchill Square/Western Road is the Old style, but not hidden at all. The Food Hall starts with the colourful fresh fruit and vegetables in the same layout all big supermarkets do. Whilst most of the prices were higher than Sainsburys and Aldi, (£7.55 for a fresh free range medium chicken, approx 1.5kg is a bit pricey however happy the chicken was) but it seems that the slightly higher prices allow M&S to keep the prices of some real kitchen staples low - and I mean surprisingly low. £1 for a 1kg bag of sugar, the same for half a dozen eggs! Cheaper than the discount stores and no public fanfare. I'm tempted to go back one weekday afternoon and find all of their low priced staples, and buy 2 of all of them!!

Nearby Churchill Square centre. You can find many things related to both clothing and footwear, also, at the back of the store the market is located. The store is right next to the bus stops.

The M&S Food section has a good range of high-quality products. The Sparks card 'scan-as-you-shop' feature makes a small shop more convenient. The only room for improvement would be for Food customers not to have to walk past aisles of underwear to do their shopping.

As always an excellent service in your store. There was a lovely girl on the changing room & then a lady who helped me with a dress size up getting it for me. The lady at the till made the effort to help me with the app, to see if I had any offers. Walked away very happy thank you. Donna 😊
