Fairly quiet when we walked in on Tuesday at lunchtime.
The staff were just super mega friendly, the menu is about the right size so it didn't take us ages to choose what we were having, and the food was absolutely lovely!
We both ordered the beef burger with loaded fries, it was all served within 20-25 minutes, and it was all freshly made! ❤️
We attended a private event here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food put on by the host was very nice and catered to the dietary requirements in the room well. Great bar in the heart of Brighton!
Popped into the Mesmerist on a whim during a night out and there was a magician named Marcus walking around performing. He was absolutely incredible! (@mlmagic on instagram).
Would definitely recommend this venue and recommend they get Marcus back, or you go and see him wherever hes performing!
Great drinks and friendly, staff. The bar manager Troy runs a wonderful team. Clean toilets, well decorated interior and outdoor seating :))
We had a great time on the rooftop bar of The Mesmerist celebrating my brothers Bill birthday. the young lady behind the bar unfortunately i forgot her name worked very hard and was on her own and done The Mesmerist Roof Top bar proud 👏 very polite and professional to the only down side even though we had over head heaters in the middle it was so cold near the bar area and could do with a heater at least for the bar staff bearing in mind this was in February.

Great venue with polite staff, but unfortunately i wouldn't recommend The Rooftop bar for anyone that has Disabilities
To many stairs the toilets are on the next level down !!
This is my humble review
Went there for the Sunday roast, was delicious, definitely recommend and will go back to try the other options. I had the pork roast but tried some of the vegetarian roast because its so different to other vegetarian options and was absolutely delicious. Also a big thank you to Dani who made sure we had everything we needed making it a lovely Sunday day out.
Stopped by here tonight and they had a really really good Magician walking around doing magic tricks. It was so good! Go and see him if you can because he blew my mind!

Popped in for Sunday lunch, between us we had the lamb shank with veg & the beef brisket, both meals were lovely but the brisket was amazing! Also veg was cooked beautifully, will b back next time I’m in Brighton!
Went here for dinner last night and it was great. As a group we had both the dirty fries and the vegan dirty fries and both were great. In addition we had the chicken waffles, tacos, vegan burger and two of us had the jackfruit macaroni. All the food was great with lovely service. We would recommend this place for both food and drinks. I would return.
