Excellent pub with a relaxed vibe and very tasty Thai food. Being out of town means it’s less studenty than a lot of other pubs and it was easy to find a seat on a Friday evening.

A proper pub, cosy and full of character. Great selection of drinks and the food is lush. Perfectly positioned between Brighton and Hove. Great upstairs place for functions too

Great Thai food, and a brilliant quiz on a Tuesday night, I'd go so far as to say the best in Brighton on that day. Pub atmosphere downstairs is also quite nice, always busy and good music playing.

I attended the pub quiz upstairs. Atmosphere was not bad, pretty good. The quiz starts at 8:30pm and lasts about a couple of hours. It’s quite fun.

Great place for any evening, whether it is to have a drink and a catch up with a friend(s) or to also have some Thai Food. Staff always friendly and kin to help you choose what beer from the tap you should order if you are one of those people like me who wants to try something new but also not to be disappointed. Thai Food is presented beautifully and couldn't fault the taste. Only downside is how loud is the music. Have been going there a few times to catch up with friends on a weekday after work but struggled to follow conversations.

The lunch menu at The Wick is great value at two courses for 7.95. The food was flavoursome and especially enjoyed Thai food with mango IPA.
