Amazing cocktails, very friendly and helpful staff. The menu is really fun with all the cocktail names being puns and changed fairly regularly, they also will make you cocktails that aren't listed too, I wholeheartedly recommend the pisco sour and corn & oil.

Great place for cocktails as recommended by a local foodie. We were not disappointed! All the cocktails were blockbuster themed and full of flavour. The mixologists were enthusiastic and passionate too. Really great place to go early evening as it gets super busy (it's part of a hotel so residents also go there with their kids in tow). People going to The Set - Artists Residence (hotel's restaurant) might also go there for aperitif and/or digestive so go early or miss it!
Amazing experimental cocktails. The staff are very knowledgeable and will make custom drinks to suit your tastes. Note that they redecorated last year, moving away from the tiki theme you see on Google. Less shack, more chic. Check out the ping pong table downstairs, and give the bookcase at the bottom of the stairs a little push.
Amazing cocktail menu - small but fantastic spirits and variety. Service is lovely and really friendly. Space is small and intimate but really tasteful. A great place to start off the night with some great drinks or for a date.
Cocktails were interesting and fresh. Probably the best cocktail bar in Brighton. They stop people coming in when all seats are taken so everyone feels they have some space which makes it feel special.
Amazing little find this - great atmosphere, staff very warm and welcoming. Tried several of the cocktails on the menu, all excellent. Ping pong table downstairs is a must too. 5/5
A visit to the cocktail shack has been long overdue! My expectations were high and I was not disappointed!
I didn't realise it was part of the artist residence hotel that also houses The Set restaurant and Cafe where I was going for a meal with a few fellow yelpers, so it was perfect for a pre meal drink!
I opted for the Thai-Tanic. A delicious cocktail with coconut, pineapple, Thai basil amongst other ingredients that I cant recall right now. It tasted a bit like a pina colada, but yummier! At around £9 -10 a cocktail it's a little more expensive than most places but it's worth it for the quality of the drinks.
Very friendly staff, nicely laid out, with a lounge area round the back and table tennis downstairs. Little bit slow service, but it was Saturday night. Drinks around £9 at time of writing.
