What an incredible find! This hidden gem offers the option to grab your meal to go or savor it right in their cozy establishment. Genuinely the best Chinese food I have ever eaten in Brighton. The atmosphere was busy, service was friendly and no nonsense. We had Beef Brisket Curry with Rice (fantastic) Brisket Soup in Broth with Noodles (very good) and some really great crispy squid that was some of the best I've ever had.
This place is a must visit!

Really enjoyed my 2 dining experiences here. Staff are very friendly food is great. When I say great, more specifically I mean it is of the quality found in Asia which is hard to do in the UK. The price to match the quality is superb and I am a big fan of details such as the filtered water on tap and the setting within the sun what unconventional dining space. I would definitely come here with family friends or dates, however it would be complicated with a large group.

My go to place for a tasty and well priced Chinese meal in Brighton. Portions are generous and tasty. Beef brisket over rice one of my all time favourites.

The most authentic eatery of any type I’ve eaten in for some time. I had the wonton egg noodle soup, superb. If I lived closer, I might be here most days

Felt welcomed upon arrival, didn't wait long for food. Ordered the beef brisket and tendon with rice, generous portion at an affordable price. Not to mention the juice/sauce that came with the beef, so flavoursome🤌🏼 (yum yum yum)!! Having tried the other Hong Kong restaurant nearby as well, would deffo come back to this place! 加油👏🏼

Can’t find any fault, service was courteous and fast, both dishes were big good portion and tasty, especially the beef brisket was really tender not as cheap meat as some other Chinese restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend HK and for sure I will return

Very comforting and delicious food with warm service! Soup noodle is perfect for the cold winter night! So much want to have, will definitely come back next time visiting Brighton!
