It is always a treat to go to McDonalds Marina. The service is usually fast and the place is always clean - no Wetherspoons dirty tables in this place. I cannot for the life of me understand why people want to drive here in their car, queue, order, queue, get the meal then eat it in the car.

Pretty good McDonald’s. Fast service. There’s drive through and tables inside and out. Not a bad addition to the marina retail park.

So we were there when it was extremely busy. After a long wait I brought our wait time to the attention of a member of the team, Kieran and he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The team were under emense pressure, however, they all kept their cool and were very polite with the customers.
