Martini Room

So we were a little dubious about visiting here after seeing some of the previous reviews. However service was good. Our waiter was friendly and welcoming, and our bottle of wine we ordered arrived quickly. There was a good selection of side dishes and plenty of meat on offer. Staff regularly offered us different selections of meats, which were generally nice. Some cuts were a little salty, and as the restaurant became busier the steak became rarer. Wasn’t a problem for us, but imagine for some it would have been too undercooked. Pleasantly surprised by the bill, came in at £70 for 2 of us with a bottle of wine. We came away totally stuffed, so really good value for money.

Really good food and great quality. Staff are friendly however not always conversant. Hot buffet cold Buffet and endless supply of quality meats! What’s not to like! The tables and decor make it seem atmosphere poor but imagine when busy that’s not the case. With so much room maybe allow people more space to move freely. Watch out for the peppered steak :) it’s lovely but peppered.
