Big shout out to Gvido! He makes the best coffee frappe for me most days. He’s always been so warm, friendly and has a wonderful calm energy. Thankyou Gvido!

Shopping in Churchill square, popped into Costa. Not impressed dirty tables every where. Attention to waiting customers poor no eye contact, wasn't offered a glass with ice for my juice. The coffee is always good. Management need to get on this. 6 staff no one clearing and cleaning floor area

The barista was extremely rude to my husband. He asked for a napkin and she threw it at him. No need for this behaviour. Never going back.

Manager was rude, service was fast plenty of staff behind till but forgot my pastry, store is dirty and fridge was barely stocked

My favourite coffee brand. It was busy but tables had been cleared. Service was good. The lemon tart was delicious. My latte was perfect
