Went to redeem my birthday cake, cashier was so lovely and friendly. Was able to pick any cake slice i wanted while the cashier continued to joke around. Will come again :))

Chill place that is pretty clean, including toilets. Great service with friendly staff. The coffe and food is good however it can be a bit expensive. I'd recommend getting the costa app for some rewards and cost savings.

Really nice servers, had a problem with the porridge actually cooking, not them, but the product itself (Costa should change it). They tried twice, then gave me another product more expensive, did not charge me for it, and apologized profusely. I had a Oat milk cappuccino also, which they made really well. The froth stayed until the end, and it tasted perfect.

Now I know it's early but there was a blond women who looked miserable as he'll, not only did she forget to put my cream on top of my hot chocolate she didn't say sorry when I pointed it out........boyfriend troubles what ever,leave it at home and smile for the customer......I'll not be returning.
Now I've come back there was 2 really nice staff full of smiles......get rid of the blond one as these do a brilliant job.....

I tend not to favour Costa but considering this branch is right next to the bigger stores on the road, it's a good place to refuel before going home. Seldom crowded. Highchairs provided. Food selection could be improved but nice to get a babyccino with a little marshmallow!

Great to have a Costa at this end of town, but think it's been placed here more for students then permenant residents! 😡
The staff are great, but I must say since when has bread been toasted on one side to become toast? I should not have to ask for both sides to be done, but the seems to be the case! 😡
Small problems mar my experience here.
