Pi's Asian Cuisine

I was concerned about this place after reading so many negative reviews, but I decided to try it for myself. The server was attentive and polite. The food was ok, I had the bulgogi with brown rice. The rice was very good. The bulgogi needed more spice. My daughter had the sour and spicy soup, she didn't care for it. She said it was just sour, no spice. My husband had the pad thai which he ordered spicy. He said it was bland and lacked spice. The food wasn't horrible, but it certainly wasn't memorable. I have had better elsewhere. Too bad, it could be a great place.

My family has been wanting to try this restaurant for a long while now. I have heard they changed ownership and aren't what they once we're but we still wanted to try it, however their hours keep changing. Are they open for only 3 hours around noon now? Opening at 11am? Or are they still opening at 5pm? I dont know it's never open, I can't get a hold of anyone when I call weather i call at noon or at 5 o'clock i can not get a hold of anyone. If you want business maybe answer the phone? Maybe..don't swap your whole 3 hours that you are open around? I don't understand how this place is still "open" I almost believe this is some kind of front. It can not be an actual business plan...

I’ve been going here for years and at the beginning they were great! But things have deteriorated greatly to the point I don’t bother coming anymore. The servers are always nice and pleasant even though they are understaffed and it takes a while to get anything. The menus on the other hand are horrendous! Extremely dirty and falling apart with pages coming out. I feel like washing my hands after flipping through it. They have lots of food choices which is great but the food is underwhelming especially for the prices. The way they serve some of their dishes leave me scratching my head as to who thought THAT was a good idea. Crispy spicy shrimp? Not after a bucket of sauce as been poured on top it’s just a sweet soggy mess. Everything is either bland, doesn’t look fresh, or a mess. They need to fix the menues and recipes before I will be back which is a shame. I loved this place.

Stopped by Stopped in for a friend's birthday dinner and was not disappointed. Very clean when on a Saturday evening, prime time dinner. Such a variety on the menu, but not over welming, chose their Pad Thai, it was amazing, and they brought out a free treat for my friend for her birthday, so impressed. Staff was friendly and service was remarkable. Definitely will go back. Highly recommend!

Server was great and food tasted good but it took over 2 hours to get some of the meals. We received our meals at different times. Some of us had been done eating for about an hour before the last meal arrived. The last meal only arrived after I approached the manager about about it. We watched other customers walk out without eating.

First of all, the entire menu on here and the prices are all wrong. The "new" management has not bothered to update it. The appetizers used to come with the meals. Now all the prices are much higher, and the appetizers are separate. Also, the crab meat cheese here is the poorest excuse for these that I have ever seen at any establishment. For 4 dollars and 50 cents, you get 2 TEENY TINY crab rangoons. It is astonishing that these are so incredibly small, and that you only get 2 of them. Honestly, this place ought to be ashamed to sell this ridiculously small app for this price. The old management was so much better, and the hours are crazy bad now too. Wow.
