Los Arenales Mexican Restaurant

I'm a DoorDash driver and they're anything other than rapid. 10+ minutes before anyone showed up to the front even with saying helloultiple time in English and Spanish and shaking my keys to be heard over the fans. Order wasn't started until 10 after my order app said it should have been prepared. There was no one in the drive through when I parked and none when I left so wondering why it took so long for 2 egg bacon cheese breakfast burritos. The lady seemed not to care that I was there and gave off a put off air to have to make the order for me at all. Never even said hello. Very displeased. Would not recommend.

Their communication is iffy sometimes. Food is sometimes good, sometimes not so good. I don't always get how popular it remains despite what I mentioned, more often than not their food is not that great (in my opinion). Pricing is good, I love the hours, it's very nice they are open late in Brighton when everything else closes between 8-10.

I've been a loyal customer for years but as of late I'm rethinking my business with this place. You pay $20 for an order of nachos but get home to find , the extras you paid for are not there. The service has progressively gotten worse. I tried a competitor earlier this week, their product was worth the money. Not sure I'll ever go to Tacos Rapidos again. Not worth the 30 minute wait just to be ripped off with marginal food. Also tonight alone I saw the guy handling food violate at least 5 health code rules.

They are definitely top notch when it comes to Mexican food and they are like as real as you and me the day I didn't have enough money to buy my burrito they did not sweat me whatsoever and wasn't just a few cents something you don't see any restaurant except this one do the people make it great it's awesome can't say enough good things about them they are here to serve you going to just say though the other day I went there for a burrito I never got before from them and was nothing but tortilla not good maybe they were just out or something i cant see them doing routinely so im ok with that overall 100 percent there's a great it was ther beef burrito first time it happen in years of nothing but great food
