Very dissapointed with this location. Called in the morning to see if they offered a sugar free ice cream. Was told they had a sugar free pineapple/coconut option. Got to the store and was told they were out. Also a few of us got the chocolate peanut butter ice cream and there was no peanut butter in the ice cream. If I could give it less than one star I would.

This is a combined Baskin Robbins/Dunkin. The place is awful and it has been awful for YEARS. I’ve got to the point that if I want Baskin Robbins I will drive to Wixom from Brighton to get it. The place is dirty. Junk sitting everywhere. Counters are dirty. Floor is dirty. All the equipment is dirty. The racks holding donuts were caked in sticky junk. The kids working are sullen. They will leave you standing at the counter for a full five minutes before even acknowledging your presence. Just avoid it.

Went through the drive-through, so excited for coffee and from the start the girl was rude, I ordered a frozen coffee and she told me that the machine for the frappe was being cleaned, so she couldn’t get it. I was going to order something else, but the service is SO RUDE and UNWELCOMING, I decided to just leave and go elsewhere.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’ve driven 20 mins there multiple times, some calling beforehand being told they had all ice cream flavors available, get there & they have half of them unavailable because they are “cleaning” at the most inconvenient hour. Not to mention the terrible service. They’re a poor excuse for a 24/7 ice cream joint.

Maddening experiences. Double scoop was the size of a single~we've noticed when the container is low, you get less. Today I got zero peanut butter in my double scoop chocolate peanut butter. Only 22 flavors, not the fabled 31. Send you to the donut side to pay but leave your ice cream back where you order. When the hot fudge is low, you get a splurting pump of it. We keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but tonight was my last visit. This location gives the name a bad rap.
