Absolutely love unique local places. Guy Fieri made it famous but the owners are so friendly and the food is so hearty and tasty. Got the chili on a rainy day which hit the spot. They accept credit cards.

We did a bee keeping adventure just next door and caught them as they were closing! Thank goodness because it hit all the right spots. Super unique flavors, very fresh - especially the Gazpacho! And super friendly staff. My wife got the burger without the bun to avoid the gluten. Highly recommend - would love to try more of their menu soon!

Tried for the first time today. Absolutely did not disappoint! The kraut burgers were delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are what makes all the difference though. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and happy. The restaurant was clean, and the food came out very quickly. I’ll definitely be returning here on a regular basis!

Sensational Brats and Kraut Burgers. The brats remind of me of growing up in Wisconsin. Quality meats and flavorings really bring these brats to life. The kraut burger is hearty, made the mistake of ordering both at the same time. Got my fill at lunch that day. Leave a "Like" if this reviewed helped. Thanks!

Amazing little gem hidden in Brighton! A friend recommended them, and glad I tried it. My friends enjoyed their soups, I enjoyed the krout burger and my bread pudding. Amazing value for less than 15 bucks. Will definitely be making this a regular stop

Finally made it. Like some reviews say get there early for the brownie. Will have to try to get one next time. Got a Kraut Burger original and a Hot dog with potato soup. Mom got the German Sausage. Which I plan to get next time. The homemade honey mustard they have is great. Wish this place was closer to try more often.

Honestly, the service and small-town atmosphere was better than their food (and their food was fantastic, so it was a win-win). The staff was incredibly nice to me and my family and everyone seemed to know each other there. We ate their soups, desserts, and kraut sandwiches and it was above expectations.
We will be going again.

Having heard about Lauer Krauts some time ago today was the first opportunity I've had to eat there. The dough was acceptable and baked to a nice golden brown. The filling was equal parts cabbage and onion with a little ground beef. Disappointing experience.
