Food poisoning!! Sick and vomiting most of the night. Pretty sure it was the blackberry Margarita because even when we barely started drinking and my stomach started turning and I could not finish my meal whatsoever. They did take it off and replaced it with a regular one but it did not help us from getting sick both me and my daughter-in-law who had the margaritas and the food were sick all night absolutely one of the worst experiences eating out in a very long time

This restaurant needs to be inspected. They brought my salad out on a plate that was never washed, it had stains that looked like dried blood, and was noticeably dirty. The waitress stated that management does not want to fix the dishwasher and the people who wash dishes didn't care. What a disgusting place. My second salad that they brought me had old cucumber and croutons that were as hard as rocks. The steak was terrible, I ordered the 10 oz. sirloin and was brought a 6 oz, it had so much fat and tendons that it was inedible. So not spend your hard earned money on this dump. I'm surprised I am not sick this morning.

I don’t know what to say.. it sucks missing the street corn that I paid a dollar more but this is your Caesar salad…. Hamburger lettuce? Only reason why y’all still got 3 stars is because your to go people are super friendly and very sweet! This is embarrassing though for a salad and missing food item.

Such a disappointment! Let me say my server was very personable and did a great job keeping our drinks full and was very engaging. But my experience takes a turn from there. My loaded potato soup was the color of cheddar cheese. I began to wonder if I had ordered cheese soup rather than potato soup. It was edible but not memorable. My Mango habanero tenders had a texture that was off putting. They looked nothing like what was featured on the menu. They appeared dry and had no additional dipping sauce which was definitely needed. My corn on the cob was dry and served without butter. None was offered so it was unclear if any was available. It had been plated fresh because when I picked it up to eat it, the underside was moist. Had the upper side arrived at my table looking like that, I would have been excited. Despite my entire meal having been mostly sent back no one asked if my meal was okay.
No manager check in, perhaps this is just a California thing. But had the management team taken the time to check with their customers, they could have been made aware of these things personally.
Your wait staff should not have to take the brunt of said issues. They neither prepared the food, nor are they responsible for your customers visit beyond their service. (The one thing she could have done was call attention to the amount of food being sent back to the kitchen. Interestingly she offered no box, merely to take it away. It makes me wonder what your policy is under said circumstances.)
Otherwise, it falls to the management team to ensure your guests are well fed. You entirely missed said opportunity today! .

Raw burger to go for my daughter. No one answered the phone after being put on hold. Eventually hold would disconnect me with saying that they were experiencing technical difficulties.
Edit: After also complaining on Facebook, I was sent a $15 voucher. Thankfully, my daughter did not get sick.

On April 2nd we ordered a to go order and picked up and brought home. After going through the bag we realized some things were missing but like the fajitas boat of toppings but because we were home and had toppings we could use we didn't make a huge deal. Then we discovered half of our smokehouse combo was missing along with 1 of the sides. I then proceeded to call and spoke to a manager. The manager told me they would mail me a $25 gift card for the inconvenience and error on their part. He got my address and name. 1.5 weeks later no gift card has arrived so I called again. The manager then said they send via email and not mail. I provided my email address. 2 weeks later and no gift card still. I was giving them the opportunity to make up for the mistake but I was not only lied to but I was technically robbed. I left a 20% tip and yet never got a complete order that I paid fully for. Just sharing in case something like this happens to anyone else, do NOT believe them that they'll give gift card instead fight for a reimbursement.

DO NOT GO to this restaurant. I had gone here once a week for lunch until the experience I had today. We should up ordered drinks and and food immediately. My buddy and I received our soup and salad and then our food never came. Meanwhile the Caucasian couple the table over ordered 15 min after and got their food. We asked for it to go and waited a total of 55 min before we had to leave to get back to work and the food still never came. I spoke with a manger and explained the story and he looked at me like he couldn’t understand what was happening. I asked for a refund because I paid expecting my food to finally come out and it never happened. NO REFUND NO FOOD thanks chilis. I have contact the local news outlet and will hopefully get the answer I didn’t receive when I was in front of a manager
