My company always goes to Jets when we're feeling a pizza day! Not only is the food always hot, fresh and perfect. They're employees are super nice, and happy to help you. Christian definitely goes above customer service expectations. Thank you Brighton Jets!

I was greeted by Christian as soon as I walked in the door. I don’t usually do surveys but the team in the back were so friendly I wanted to make sure they know how awesome they are. Brighton location is by far my favorite my orders have never been short of absolute perfection, thank you!!

We are new to Jet's Pizza having recently moving to the area. We received a free pizza coupon as a welcome and are hearty fans, now! When the crust is as tasty as the pizza interior YOU KNOW IT'S A GREAT PIZZA!

Specifically asked for extra Buffalo sauce, but got less than normal amount. Not gonna be in a hurry to order from them again.

Great employees, always in a good mood. Jet's has the best taste for me, but we unfortunately order the cheese pizza too often, and it is usually not covered in cheese or even half covered. Way too much sauce showing and not consistent looking like other places. Some of the other places do use mystery shopping and you can tell that they care about every pizza come out great.
Considering the other options in town, were just not satisfied with the amount of toppings used compared to the other places.
The ingredients are great, just not up to consistent enough quality for us. The people are great but product is just not enough.
I am not complaining about this place and do not want for it to come out that way, just saying it is average and not 5 star rated for us.
Hopefully this review helps some of the cheese pizza orders and others that wonder...is this just them or does it happen to everyone. If you love Jets and cheese, you have to order extra cheese here to make your pizza right...along with hoping it is covered proportionately.

Love the pizza. Ordering and wait times is labored. Service recovery is also poor. Order taken after two hang ups. Told 15-20 minutes. After 28 minutes, wrong pizza presented. Eugene would be disappointed.
Service used to be better here.
These people just don’t know how to handle customer service. Waited an hour and a half for an online order that was then screwed up. Tried to edit my order online and then called several times and waited a half an hour. I ended up having to drive to the side and was told they had no control over the website.
They claim to be short staffed but yet there are a dozen people chatting and talking amongst themselves behind the counter.
I drove across the street and got some fresh bread from Gus’s carryout

Every single pizza I’ve gotten from “this” Jets has been 100%. I expect Brighton Jets perfection at other locations & unfortunately I’m disappointed most of the time. If you truly want the Best pizza, gotta come to this Jets location. Thanks to the hard working staff here for making sure your pizzas are Always 100%. Kudos
