I'm not sure what's going on with the Brighton Store, but it has really declined in quality. I would think that after being closed for the remodel, that there would be more pride and excitement in serving your usual fresh hot food. Instead, I received a burger that looked and tasted like it had been cooked yesterday (or longer ago) and had been sitting around just waiting to be slapped together. All of my food was cold. The burger was way old & overcooked and tasted horrible, the bacon was undercooked. I couldn't eat any of the meat. I essentially ate a $10 guacamole salad. My girls and I rarely eat fast food or meat, but when we do, Good Times is our "go to" for juicy, messy burgers and fries. So disappointing. The service was really good, though, other than the fact that someone stood back there and thought it was okay to serve this particular meal to some unsuspecting, wishful patron....ME! I hope that in the future I can raise you back up to five stars, truly.

As soon as we walked in i notice all tables are dirty.
1 person sitting down im guessing a employee not eating on his phone . Placed our order and I asked if they could clean a table . She did wipe them down with a wet cloth left it wet I had to dry it with a napkin. I ordered at 7:04pm And it's 7:25pm only 2 cars have ordered and we are still here . They have not cleaned up any of the other tables . Not sure how hard it would have been to clean all tables and trash at the same time . Not happy with how dirty the place is . Bugs flying all over a bucket of water and I don't know what else is in the table behind us . Somebody is not doimg there job .

Sending a shout out to the worker who realized he put sauce on my burger and flagged my husband's car down so he could go in and make it correctly. Unbeknownst to him, I'm incredibly allergic to an ingredient in the sauce and wouldn't have been able to eat it if it had come home that way. Very impressed that 1) he realized and 2) he didn't just shrug it off.

Lobby was locked, although it had a sign thst it was open for pickup. Had to go thru drive thru to place order, then sat at their picnic tables. They forgot to hive us condiments and napkins, so i had to walk thru the drive thru, which is ridiculous.

PLEASE DO NOT EAT AT THE STORE IN BRIGHTON. My wife waited 40 minutes on a Sunday night with only one person in front of her in the drive through, horrible service, food not so good, didn't get a meal that we ordered, the shakes were like milk and when we called back we get some little thug that thinks its okay to start dropping the f-bomb on customers. This place is horrible and the staff needs to be fired. Last time going to Goodtimes. Its not even worth one star.

Hilarious is the best I can say.
Asked two employees about allergen content of their deep fry oil. "Are your fries cooked in soy oil?" Weird looks, and then one went back and checked. She told me, "I think it's fish oil." WHAT!
We then asked for chocolate chip custard, we found it online and it supposedly didn't have soy. They gave us vanilla custard with chocolate sauce. Chocolate sauce often has soy ingredients.
The employees could make someone very sick with their misinformation. Need more training for the employees!
