Subway

Went in to get a sandwich on my dinner break and I thought the place was decent. The sandwich maker consistently asked if my order was ok topping and sauce wise so no complaints there. It was a clean establishment however the area under the tables was not properly swept. For this reason I am giving the atmosphere 4 stars.

The order was perfect! It was absolutely delicious and the only thing that was missing was a single packet of Cheese + Onion crisps, thats it, 45p/65p worth. I just called to let them know, despite the person I spoke to offering several times to do a second delivery I insisted it was only a bag of crisps we order from there a lot so just wanted to let them know. 20mins later unbeknownst to me they delivered me not only the missing crisps but 3 free cookies. Absolutely amazing customer service, and the delivery driver said "it was because I was so nice on the phone" so I tipped them the max 25%.expensive bag of crisps 😆. Customer service it hands down the make or break of a business. 👏👏!!!! She didn't have to do that at all, I said it was fine but what a great way to secure further business. Thank you and you dint have to do that xx
