Perfect for a hurried solo stroll-in to grab the quickest coffee and a fluffy fresh doughnut. They were down to only one till with typical festive-season fun-n-games, and a never ending throng of eager customers for steadily serviced with zero irk or complaint from any of us, they were packed and struggling with technical limitations but the lady staff member was a true delight and did her workplace proud. Seamless integration of my needs to scan 2 separate O2 priority vouchers to get my freebies, curved my error like a meticulously-polite champion and never skipped a beat. Error-and-all I was in-and-out in under 6 minutes. Best Gregg's I've been to in southern England. Good job guys.

This shop is just at walking distance from the Brighton station. The food is fresh , good quality and quantity. The prices are moderate. The service is quick. The staff is polite and helpful. The baked goodies are really good in taste and small amazing ! The coffee is good too. They have a small indoor seating area. The entrance is not wheelchair or stroller accessible. The place is clean and hygienic. There is generally a small queue during weekends.
