The Frog N' Toad

Makes a vanilla latte coffee just the way I like it. Everything is a positive at this hot food takeaway. I’m partial to the roast pork sandwiches, Greek rice pudding and trifle. And if you are a bacon and eggs fan try the big breakfast which has sausages and chips added in for good measure. You are not going home hungry after that. You can eat inside but there is more room in the gazebo area outside. There is plenty of street parking directly at the front door

A busy place full of locals and local workers through the day. All sorts of hearty food including healthy options. A mix of old school carvery/lunch bar goodies. Decent coffee ... When I've had enough aeropress I sometimes walk down the hill from my place for an espresso. A good bunch run it too.

Lovely cafe, coffee is always good, sandwiches are made fresh and are cheap and always hit the spot, spanakopita and greek salad really good too! very homey vibe the staff are all very friendly. All the food is classic and reminds me of the places my grandpa used to take me as a kid, and i love nothing more than to sit in the sun in the courtyard. They also are very good at protecting us by abiding by covid restrictions that keep the staff and the community that eats there safe which i really respect and it makes me comfortable going there. We had to stay overnight at Lang Parade Lodge and we needed food after my friends hospital visit. They close at 4pm, we arrived at 3.58pm and they still made us a roast beef sandwich. Nothing was too much. Good old fashioned food which was delish and good prices. Would always go there when staying for hospital. Staff were amazing. 5 stars.
