Impressive Japanese themed 👏 restaurant from top to bottom. Excellent friendly helpful and service with a smile. Large array selection of authentic Japanese dishes as well as beverages. We had three Octopus 🐙 sashimi and examined for entree. The Octopus tentacle sashimi had that beautiful smoky flavour was tender and beautifully seasoned. It was a delight to eat. I've never eaten Octopus before. Then we had the salmon Bento box 🍱 and wagyu Bento box 🍱. Huge servings, great food presentation, fresh ingredients, full of flavours. Always a first robot driven that delivers your food to your table. Overall, I had an excellent dining experience at this wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended ✨️ ✨️✨️🎊🎊 Would definitely come back.

My very favourite Japanese restaurant that I will drive across Brisbane for. Very reasonably priced, large servings, quick service, fresh and delicious. Restaurant is very clean, and their recent renovations has made it more trendy with the darker colour scheme. My son loves the cat robot that brings the food to your table. I try and visit at least once a week - very highly recommended!

The sushi didn't seem very fresh, tasted and looked like it had been made a few hours ago and then they blow torched the cheese once it was ordered. The katsu don meal was a pretty decent size and a pretty good price but the price value of their sushi isn't good compared to the freshness and taste of it. Also why is there no lighting in this place, I could barely read the menu

I love these guys, the food is amazing! Genuine Japanese food that tastes like you're in Japan, and very reasonably priced too. I eat here like 3 times a week, it has a permanent place in my life now. Very good lighting + excellent service by Conan everytime.

The food was delicious, prompt service and nice atmosphere. I tried the noodles smoked chicken soup and it was yum yum 🤤. Recommended.

Wonderful traditional Japanese cuisine accompanied by excellent service. All our meals were well presented, tasty and fresh. The quantity and price was excellent. There will be a next time and you should definitely try it too.

Great food, repeatably bad service!
Last night we ate again at Ginga and while I love the food there, we continue to receive terrible service, always from the same guy! He tacked another $70 onto our bill and said "I find it funny" when I asked him to remove the 4 charges that were not ours. This is the second time this guy has delivered sub-par service and the fact that he's still employed there is the reason for my 1 star rating. Have coffee with a friend today and he told me a similar experience with the same guy! Some people simply shouldn't work in Customer Service!

Waited a long time before staff even acknowledged we were there. Eventually got seated. Looked at the menu and was rather disappointed. Left after a few minutes. This place is definitely not at the standard it used to be.
