PARK ROAD SECRET We had breakfast at this delightful little cafe. There is wheelchair and walker access and mostly outdoor covered seating. The owners are Taiwanese and are friendly and delightful people and who are so nice and helpful. We had breakfast here when there was not a lot of traffic around. The cafe is popular with most tables being occupied most of the time during our visit. Lavazza coffee beans are used here and they have a variety of teas. There are two pages of menu items to choose from.

OPEN FOR BREAKFAST! HUBBY AND I LOOKED EVERYWHERE FOR SOMEWHERE TO BE OPEN FOR BREAKFAST midweek and came across this cosy place. It appears to be a popular spot for bike riders which means great coffee!!! 😄 I had the tea which was served in a teapot and brewed beautifully. The breakfast I had was the scrambled egg wrap which came with either bacon or avocado. I chose the avocado which cooled the wrap a bit, so if you want your wrap got, either order the bacon or mention this. They open at 5.30am midweek and the service is friendly, with a great attitude and willing to do anything to help the customer. Free parking is under the plaza shopping centre otherwise free parking on the street for 2 hours is available if you can find a spot. Very impressed and will be back again.

Cheap eat in Milton. You can order lactose free milk, decaf coffees and they also have gluten free options. Bacon and egg roll and coffee is a great deal.

I love this place. Cindy is amazing, so friendly. And the food is incredible! Good value for money and delicious. The coffees are smooth and nice and strong. Lovely selection of teas and you can buy the box if you like it. Great place, I love visiting and love getting lunch here.

The best tasting bacon and egg roll and loose leaf tea i've had. Freshly made in house bread makes all the difference and lunch choices are equally as good, highly recommended!

Just finished breakfast here, I ordered the classical bacon, eggs, tomato and toast, with no tomato. The eggs were overcooked, sitting on my plate like a lump of yellow glop. The bacon was cold, and crispy, making it very difficult to eat. The toast wasn't buttered, rather there was a little container full of butter for me to use. Meaning i had to wait for the butter to melt in after buttering the toast myself. The long black I ordered came out scalding hot, un-drinkable even after finishing my breakfast. The take away cup was filthy, with coffee dirt staining the sides and rim. It honestly looked like it had been used previously. There were bits floating in the coffee, probably something from their machine, like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. The food and coffee came out quickly at least, and slices of apple replaced the tomato I didn't want, so that is good at least. On a street that is jam packed with cafes offering breakfasts and coffee, this place really needs to pick up its game, or stop serving the coffee and breakfast menu. Their sweet pastries are nice though, they should just stick to that.
