Burger Urge - Banyo

By far the best burger place in Brisbane! The staff are very friendly and the burgers are always fresh, well presented and ofcoarse they taste amazing every time without fail! I have eaten at other burger urge locations and have been very disappointed as this place sets the standard very high! I highly recommended this place to everyone I know :)

I've eaten at this location 3 times now and each time I had a different type of burger. Each of the burgers were as I would make it at home.. best combination of ingredients big thick juicy patty and very very satisfying! The sweet potato chips were so delicious I could have had a double serving! I love the new clean location with easy parking and can do my grocery shopping afterwards!

Been coming here with my partner once a week without fail since moving to the area over a year ago! The staff are fantastic and always hook us up with super tasty food. They set the standard that other Burger Urges should follow (speaking from experience having been to several other BU). You know when you walk in that Chris, Kirsty and Bev will always go above and beyond, not only with the food but in how friendly they are as well. The restaurant is always super clean and tidy, and you never have to wait long for the food either.

I had a small service issue with the Banyo store which I sent a feedback message regarding it. We regularly visit this store and were disappointed that we had a slight negative experience. I got a response to my feedback within hours (it was even xmas day) and I was apologised to and a voucher issued for me to use. The prompt reply was definitely positively received and I was very impressed with their professionalism. Tonight we went back to the Banyo store for dinner and it was DELICIOUS! The burgers are the best around and my family (kids included) ate every last bite. It was definitely a great return and we will be back over and over again. Thank you burger urge. You make my nights off from cooking delicious!
