Getta Burger

Popped my Getta Burger Cherry 🍒 today, The burger I got was the Getta Filthy with the combo of small fries and can of drink under $20. There's the option to go BIG with the burger for an extra $3 to $4 I'll go big nextime. The wait wasn't long and the food was pretty good nice flavours all the way through and what you see in their photos is what you actually get. There's outside bench seating to eat there but that's it, this shop looks to cater more to takeaway and delivery orders but that's understandable given our current climate. It's a 15min drive for me to get there but hey it's worth the drive. I'll be back there again to try other burgers.

Went there today, was a little taken back by the price but thought it might be really good, 2 burgers and regular fries, the burgers weren't great even though they were big it lacked real flavour and the meat paddies were tough, the chips were barely warm which means they cooked them at the start of making our burgers. Overall it wasn't worth the money for us, it just didn't hit that mark.

First experience at this store - Not happy that my order was placed via phone at 4:55pm to be collected at 6pm. I did not receive the order until 6.24pm. Not impressed. Subsequently, it made the other take away orders I had to pick up (from other locations) cold, as obviously they can make their food on time. No one apologised or “chucked in” anything to say sorry it late. The workers were very young and maybe don’t understand the concept of good customer service and expectations. The food was good though not worth the wait. Probably won’t be back.
