A very unfortunate experience. I ordered a Bananarama, but they brought be the wrong drink. No big deal. I said it was the wrong thing, and she immediately took it away. Then, she brought the same wrong drink back and told me they had charged me for that one and that I should just have that one that it tastes just as nice. Then, she left it on my table and went back inside before I could say anything. It was exactly the same price as the one I ordered, so it's not like there was a price difference. I ended up just getting a refund and returning the drink that I never wanted. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a takeaway bowl, with banana strawberry and watermelon. I paid extra for the extra fruit. I only got banana. Second time this happened, second time I’ve ordered from here. Pretty disappointing when you’re spending nearly $20. Would not recommend.

Staff are incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. A young man funnily enough with the same name was very nice and made an amazing coffee. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Literally threw it in the bin after I tasted it - ice cream was melted like water, strawberries were soft, and the açai was sour and dropped everywhere. Waste of my $15, not coming back ever.

Things are tasty but staff are extremely slow, been there 4 times each time waiting near on 15 mins for a smoothie when i was the only customer there.... i like the product but think they have lost my business due to poor customer service.
