Honestly the best burrito place around, I have no idea why everyone froths over Guzman y Gomez when Zambrero is so obviously far superior?!! Not only do they make incredible, adaptable burritos to suit any dietary requirement, but they are committed to combatting world hunger in the process. These other reviewers are clearly just salty for no reason and wouldn't know a good burrito if it smacked them in the face. Zambies is love Zambies is life 💕

Just saw the owners response. Yes you were aware of it because I’ve spoken to the owner who said they would chase it up with uber and refund us the money for the meal. Still haven’t heard back. I’ve left my number with your staff member who obviously didn’t pass it on. I’ve also tried to call again since then and no one answered the phone. Poor attempt at a resolution on your part really. I have tried on several occasions to resolve a problem we had with our meal weeks ago. There were things missing that we had paid for and after many phone calls and false promises we have heard nothing back. I’m really disappointed that I am still out of pocket and can’t get a call back from the manager.

Waited for 3 minutes while watching the only staff member at the front of house scroll Facebook meters from me. Once she realized I was waiting she made no apology and acted condescending for not knowing every option available for my burrito. Burrito tasted okay, no better than Guzman which is nearby, but with awful service.
