Red Rooster Cannon Hill: I organised a large order for a group yesterday.
The team there were precise with their timing and help bringing out boxes to my car. Great service and very tasty, thanks folks!

Don't think staff talk or even look at you. Only to tell you how much your meal will cost. I'd go drive through least you'll get some interesting sound come through the speaker box

Red Rooster is underrated in my opinion.
I have gone to the Cannon Hill one a few times now and they always put on a good feed. Recommend giving them a go.

Love red rooster it is Australian it started in Perth in 1972 let's support Aussie and give the Americans the finger, Oporto is also Australian it started in Bondi in I think 2009 not sure but it is Aussie please support Aussie.

Prioritise cars over anyone waiting in the actual restaurant. Stood for 5 minutes before the girl even acknowledged me. Then a further 15 minute wait wait for wrap... saw about 30 cars come and go. Who says customer service isn't dead 🤣🤣

I went through the drive through at 7:40pm on Tuesday 19/04/22 and ordered a half roast chicken. I was advised it is $8.45 and I said on the Red Rooster website it's $7.95. The girl at the window went and spoke to the manager who had a smug look on his face. The girl came back to the window and said that they've put their prices up but haven't updated the website. Even though it's 50c it's principle - they should've honored the price of the chicken on the website this once, but they didn't. It's not good business practice. Very poor service, I will never go back.

Would not recommend going to this one, you can explain in detail what you would like they will still not get your order right. The blonde server on drivethrough couldnt care.

Excellent roast chook from this particular store. Succulent in the truest sense of the word... tender, juicy, tasty. The hint of lemon sets it apart from others.
Better than anything from Coleworths.
