Middle Park Takeaway

My family and I ordered takeaway from here for Mothers Day and we loved it! It was very busy but the staff member Grace was so nice and helpful the whole time! The food order was correct and everything tasted great! We tried the Red curry, Green curry, Stir Fry, Fried Rice, Pad see ew, and Pad Thai! Unfortunately didn’t take any photos, as soon as we got home we ate!

Went to this place to get some take away, restaurant was packed on a Sunday night approx. 19:30 which you know is a good sign. Friendly and professional staff, lovely young ladies with nice uniforms. When we got back to the house to eat, it was clear this food is fresh! The taste is amazing, everything we had from chicken soup to beef in bean sauce, duck in bao. Special mention to the gai satay sauce was beautiful dark. It's the darkest I've seen and I love it. Bring on the flavor. I would absolutely come back again and would highly recommend this to others. The food here is decent, I wouldn't say it's the best Thai I have had but it is pretty good. Unfortunately I'm giving two stars because of the horrible service my partner and I received from the young waitresses. Heard them complaining about us dining in, and heard them complaining about another family having to dine in as it was about an hour and bit before closing. Absolutely horrible as a customer to hear that especially when we are supporting the business and without customers you don't have a job. To be honest this is not the first time I have received less than average service from this restaurant. And because of this reason I personally won't bother buying from here anymore. Your staff needs to be retrained to understand customer service is a key factor in a businesses success.

Not happy with the service, time & food here. Absolutely horrible wait time for pick up - food wasn’t ready until 30mins after the pick up time they gave us. I watched people who were in dine- in hadn’t even got food yet and were there the whole entire time I was waiting for 30mins. The food wasn’t worth the wait in comparison to other Thai places in Jindalee & Middle Park. Won’t be back again.
