Ask the guy in the window how he’s doing and get no reply but he was able to tell me the coffee he’s handing me. I was a little confused but whatever. Then I get home and both the drinks I ordered are wrong. The previous time I was there I ordered a caramel iced latte and it tasted like there was no espresso at all. This location is close to me but I’m about to be all set. I’ll drive further for better service. There are maybe 2 employees here that know what they are doing but honestly this place needs work.

Michelle is the best.... she’s the absolute best! She remembers everyone’s favorites and has it ready as soon as they step into the line. She hasn’t been there in a couple weeks and i definitely miss her. 😩 i would always ask for extra sugar for my tea. She took the time to ask how i liked it and started making it that way so I wouldn’t have to go thru the trouble of adding sugar! Super amazing customer service that was. ☺️

Great food & Service. Unsanitary! One of the workers there, Jessica, put her hand down a garbage shoot full of garbage & went right back to work. Gross! I notified, the manager about this and nothing was done. Her employment should have been terminated . She contaminated my coffee as well as others. Possibly even the food. Place, could use a deep clean, hand sanitizer at every station & coffee remade. Outraged DD customer.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is complete and user sh*t!! They’re ALWAYS MESSING UP my orders.... and they’re not hard either!!! I wouldn’t EVER recommend this specific one to anyone!! ALL OF YOU need to get yourselves together honestly pick up the slack....... it’s not hard to make a coffee....... at all...... I’m NEVER coming to this one again. If I could give 0 stars I would..... matter of fact I wish I could give it a negative star count..... I’ve tried giving you guys so many chances but now I’ve learned my lesson. Hopefully you hire BETTER staff because I really don’t know what the heck is going on over there.....
