My coffee was made wrong even after I asked the girl if it were correct because it looked very light in color but she insisted it was correct. Also did not receive my hash browns that I paid for. Very disappointed and this is not the first bad experience I've had at this location.

Best place to go and get unstressed. Good music, lots of people and very friendly also.
The staff is amazingly friendly and willing to do what is necessary to make sure you are comfortable.
I wish we had one in CT.

I expected to be able to do some work, but there are no outlets available near public seating, which is frankly revealing of the customer base, and the Wifi was tragically slow; Google Maps alone took roughly 4 minutes to load on the guest network. This location is the only coffee shop in the area open past 10 on a Sunday, so my expectations were low, but upon arrival, diminished. Perhaps this location wishes to deter those with alternative work schedules.

This Dunkin location is really good, their expresso has a better taste in my opinion Much Fresher than the others I have had in Bristol. They make great iced coffee and always has the donuts you want no matter what time of day or night. I drive past two other Dunkin locations to get this one all the time.

This is the Dunkin donuts next to Staples on Farmington Ave. Nice employees but seem to have poor training skills. That store needs a good manager that's good with people and can put a pep in there step so to speak.

Great place for a cheap frozen drink this summer. Fast service and great staff. My fiance tripped and lost her large coffee on the way to the car. The staff behind the counter saw this and gave her a new coffee free of charge.

Horrible customer service. During one visit I Stood in line for about 10 minutes while the lady behind the counter was chit chatting with someone. As soon as I went to leave she acknowledged me. Then on another visit my husband asked for a bagel toasted well with a little butter on it. What he got was a bagel barely toasted with a huge glob of butter in the center. We we'll never go here again and I mean NEVER!!!

The girls are very nice working at this store. Lately the have had only 2 girls in the am and when we come in the wait is very long. The girls are moving in the back but people keep placing online orders so it's hard for them to handle the line
